many common registration questions or submit their question directly to our support
staff.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: I am receiving a “child already exists” message. What should I do?
A: Your child may already be associated with the site under a different parent email
account. Use the automated tool to check any alternate email accounts you may use
or contact your local club administrator for assistance with modifying your parent
record.
- Q: What does it mean if no registration options are available for my club?
A: This could be caused by several different situations: a member attempting to
register twice for a single fee, the club program is already at maximum capacity,
or a configuration problem exists for the club program. Please contact your club
administrator for further instruction.
- Q: I made a mistake when registering. How do I request changes or cancellation/refunds?
A: All refund requests and changes to member records are made at the discretion
of the club administrator. Please use the Club Member Support contact option below.
- Q: I am already registered. Where should I go to make or send a payment?
A: Use the Existing Member login option to access your account. Select the Make
a Payment tab to view the electronic payment or mail-in instructions setup by your
club
